Catalina Island Inland Expedition

This comprehensive tour takes you 31 miles through the heart of Catalina’s rugged interior. You’ll travel in a comfortable, ’50’s Flxible Bus™, restored to its original streamlined beauty. This memorable journey follows the 1800’s stagecoach route that takes you through Middle Ranch where you will enjoy the Native Plant Nursery and the Bald Eagle habitat. Your journey continues onto the beautiful windward side of the Island for a view of Catalina’s rugged, unspoiled Pacific shoreline for stunning photo opportunities. Journey to the Airport in the Sky and Conservancy Nature Center. You will have the opportunity to look for bald eagles, bison, and mule deer on your scenic drive back into the heart of Avalon.

Catalina Sea Trek Eco Tour

Experience a universe of wonder beneath the sea. You do not need to be a certified diver or even know how to snorkel in order to view the kelp forests at Descanso Beach. Our specially engineered undersea helmets allow virtually anyone to safely and comfortably walk along the sea floor and view the incredible beauty of the marine world around Catalina Island. Underwater guides will take you on a walking tour along the ocean floor, past the towering Giant Kelp Forest, pointing out the vast array of sea life. Snuba combines snorkeling with the experience of SCUBA diving without being certified. Connected by a long, flexible air tube attached to a surface floating device, the diver is free to move about in the deeper water without cumbersome air tanks. Slightly weighted, the diver has the experience of free diving while breathing comfortably through the snorkel.

Catalina Undersea Expedition

Come face-to-face with Catalina’s abundant marine life by cruising five feet under water in a spacious, climate-controlled cabin. Every passenger has their own seat and port hole plus you’re free to roam about the cabin seeking other viewpoints. You’ll see an incredible array of undersea dwellers: bright orange garibaldi, spotted calico bass, urchins, rockfish and bat rays, just to name a few. This is more than a tour; it’s an undersea adventure.

Catalina Island Golf Course

Nine hole public golf course. Rental clubs/golf carts available. Group & tournament play welcome. Fully stocked Pro shop. Originally designed as a three-hole course, the Catalina Golf Course was expanded to 9 holes in the early 1900’s and in 1929 to a 18 hole tournament-worthy course. During World War two the course was not cared for and by 1945 the course was brought back to 9 holes. The current course features five Par 4 and four Par 3 holes.
