Laguna Beach to Catalina Island Ferry
If you are staying in Laguna Beach you can take north to get to Catalina Island. Take Pacific Coast Highway from Laguna Beach, turn left on to Newport Blvd. Continue south on Newport Blvd. to Palm Street and turn right. This will be the enterance to the all day/multi-day parking lot. The Catalina Island Ferry is accross the street once you have parked your car. Most GPS systems and directions apps will guide you to take the Balboa Island Ferry when coming from Laguna Beach. We do not recommend this route. It is the shortest distance, but it requires extra time and charges a fee to use. The best way to get to Catalina Island from Laguna Beach is using Pacific Coast Highway.
